B:TECH is going to fully concentrate on its core business : electro engineering

10.31.2008 | B:TECH company has decided to fully concentrate on its core business – electro engineering, which forms 84% of its total sales. Until the present time, the company traded in electro engineering, machinery production and distribution of components.

The costs will be reduced and number of employees will be decreased from current 29 to 18 in the machinery production division on the 1st November. Separation of this division from the B:TECH company will follow till the end of 2008 at the latest. An investor, whose core business is particularly machinery production and who could fully take care of the business, is being searched for this section in the present time. In the case such an investor cannot be found in a short-time period the operation of this division will be closed.

Distribution of components will be spun off to an independent company from January 1, 2009 and will operate individually separated from the B:TECH company.

Electro engineering will continue with its successful business without any changes.

It is also a step contributing to even further improvement of our services in the electro engineering, " said Antonin Urban, General Manager and Chairman of the Board.
