Selection procedure

The selection procedure in our company consists of two meetings. We want both you and our managers to have an opportunity to get to know each other well and set realistic mutual expectations.

The first meeting includes a test and interview with the hiring manager and HR officer. The testing is focussed on technical and language skills. The second meeting continues as an internal assessment or external psychometric testing. The candidates for management positions are introduced at the end of the selection procedure to our CEO. The selected candidate receives a job offer.
