Corporate and ecological responsibility

• We support many significant charity, cultural and sporting projects in the region of Vysocina
• We create jobs in our region, e. g. in 2007 we created 49 jobs
• In the long run we support educational projects and cooperate with colleges and universities

Project, that we supported

FC Jihlava - the biggest sporting subject of our region and since 2000 a participant of the 2nd highest Czech competition regularly attacking positions, which mean progress to the 1st league; also the 1st club, which progressed to the biggest Czech football competition of the Gambrinus league. FC Jihlava placed at the fifth position in the 2nd Gambrinus league in the 2006/2007 season.

Tennis club Spartak Jihlava - the club includes 11 youth teams and 2 adult teams. Our support is headed towards the adult team playing extra league (the highest competition in the Czech Republic). They placed at excellent fifth position in 2007.

Handball Help - sporting-community-humanitarian show held traditionally in August at the square in Havlickuv Brod. The event was held for the first time in Brno in June 2008. See www.oworld.cz for more information.

Toy collection - annual event held by the company Tango, Havlickuv Brod, in favor of handicapped children. The action starts in September by collecting toys all over the country. Event’s peak is in December when collected toys are given to the children. For more information see www.oworld.cz.

Sportsman of the Vysocina region -survey on the best sportsman of the Vysocina region. Announcement of the winners is always held in a different town of the Vysocina region, e. g. in 2008 (the sportsman of the year 2007) the ceremonial announcement took place in Zdar nad Sazavou. www.sportovecvysociny.cz

Michal Šiška - a handbike cyclist. After a car accident 12 years ago many things changed in his life and 5 years ago he started to dedicate to sport – handbiking (cycling), swimming and since November 2007 triathlon, too. He achieved big success in sport. For more information see www.michalsiska.cz.

B:TEC streetball open - tournament in street ball is annually held in Perknov, where teams from all over the country participate. This event is always accompanied by hip-hop music and refreshment. Matters of interests are for example names of the individual teams, e. g. “Pub”, “Old but Good”, “She Pricked Me Yesterday” or “I Was Bitten by a Bumblebee”.

A tree of fulfilled wishes of the Hitradio Vysocina - project of Christmas trees with wishes of the children from children’s homes, haven homes and social care homes of the Vysocina region hung on them; the trees are placed annually from 5th December in every district town.
