PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By sending the form, you grant the consent of the company B: TECH, as, with its registered office at U Borové 69, 58001 Havlíčkův Brod, IČ 05615348, kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file number B 3585. (hereinafter the "Administrator") and of the Council (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("the Regulation") personal data:

• name and surname
• Company name
• e-mail
• telephone number

Name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail can be processed on the basis of your consent and must be processed in order to process your request. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years.

You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the contact details of obchod@btech.cz, B: TECH, a.s., U Borové 69, 58001 Havlíčkův Brod.

The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:

• Software provider Melzer, spol. s r. o., Kostelecká 4718/21, 796 01 Prostějov
• Agency ANT studio s.r.o., Slovanská alley 2182/30, 326 00 Plzeň
• Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from us about what personal data we process, request a copy of this data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions,
• request the deletion of this personal data from us,
• on data portability,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
