THE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2021
At the end of last week, when our twice-postponed Christmas party took place, we announced the results of the Employee of the Year 2021 survey. This award has a long tradition with us. Anyone can be nominated. The final nomination and the winner are determined by the company's management.
The aim of the survey is to thank and acknowledge colleagues who not only contribute their skills, knowledge, but also their heart to their work and thus participate in what makes our company. A reliable automation and robotics supplier for whom professional integrity and honest work are not just empty words.
It is always very difficult to choose from all 180 colleagues the three who should be awarded in a given period. There are many more who deserve to be "on the box" every year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our colleagues for their excellent work, who, with their skills, enthusiasm, experience and energy, bring our company one step further every year.
Nominations are awarded for significant contributions to the growth and development of the company, for outstanding appreciation by our customers, for mastering a difficult job/technical task, for a suggestion for improvement or for long-term high and reliable performance.
1. NOMINEES AND WINNERS OF THE SURVEY: JAN VAŠÍČEK, TECHNICAL MANAGER
The employee of the year became our colleague Jan Vašíček who is the technical leader of a team of software specialists in the field of logistics systems automation. The team under his technical leadership managed an extreme implementation effort last year, at a time when the whole team was growing rapidly and the recruitment and training of new colleagues had to be tackled. Honza brings the whole team together and is an incredibly loyal partner. In addition, he is very proactively involved in our Automation Academy project, conducts practical exercises for the students of our partner school and also helps with the management of the Electrical Engineering Club. Honza, thank you!
THANKS TO ALL OUR NOMINATED COLLEAGUES FOR THEIR GREAT WORK
The other two colleagues nominated this year are Ing. Petr Ambrož and Vojtěch Ježek. Both work as project managers, which they grew into from technical positions. Both also led teams as technical managers for several years. They have many years of experience with the technologies and projects they now lead.
