Before joining the company, you will be in contact with our recruiter. She will arrange accommodation, the date of signing the employment documentation, send you a schedule of the first days. You will always know what to expect. After completing the introductory training, your mentor will take care of you. In short, you will never be alone in it.
Adaptation interviews
During the first months, your managers and HR professionals will meet with you regularly to set up a way of training and adapting in a team. You can use them for passing on ideas.
Training
We approach training systemically. In addition to introductory training, which includes trainings required by law and familiarization with key processes, you will also take part in a workshop with the CEO on the topic of company values. Training for specialized positions takes place in our AUTOMATION ACADEMY. Experienced professionals will take care of you and share with you their know-how and experience.
Mentor/ Buddy
Colleagues who already know this well will also assist you. The mentor will guide you through the adaptation and training. He will help you get well acquainted with the position, pass on know-how and, at the same time, be one of your trainers. Buddy will be your guide on our galaxy and show you the ordinary corporate life. He will handle practical questions.
